It is the mission of Digiterp Communications to create resources, both human and technical, which build bridges across the linguistic and social divides preventing us from reaching our potential as individuals and communities. In this, Digiterp is collaborating in building an anti-racist, multicultural, and inclusive society which appreciates the contributions of all its members.
In creating resources, Digiterp Communications seeks to incorporate current research in interpreting to design resources which allow for the practical application of these new understandings. In so doing, Digiterp follows the philosophy of not allowing the perfect to get in the way of the good. That is, the resources created are not perfect, polished models, but are primariliy attempts at capturing the way language is used in real life, with all its mistakes and imperfections.
