Take a Community Survey

The DTFICPA has contracted with Eileen Luna-Firebaugh to conduct a community survey and assessmet to help provide recomendations for the most effective Civilian Review Board. We would love your input on this. Here is a note from our consultant:

My research team and I are conducting a survey in order to assess and recommend the most effective system of Civilian Review Board (CRB) for the City of Duluth. We would like to get your view of the Duluth Police services. We will also evaluate the outreach to impacted or interested populations and the satisfaction of those communities with their contacts with the Duluth Police Department since 2005. Your opinion regarding this and any "first hand" experiences you may have had will be valuable to us. We appreciate your help and honest opinion. Your reply will be kept confidential and will not be released to anyone. The information gathered from all the surveys will be released in summary fashion.
